At Team Jake, our goal is to support Jake and help him lead a fulfilling and great life.

We do this by supporting his work in the community, where he gets to meet new people and help different charitable organisations along the way.

Jake loves caring for animals and collects unwanted linen from generous supporters to share with local animal rescue shelters and wildlife centres.

For Jake, the biggest reward is spending time with others and meeting new people in the community.
