Our goal is to care for and support Jake, who lives with a disability, so that he can live an ordinary life while he builds his relationships and friendships in the community.

People who support Jake are skilled and experienced disability support staff who have patience, experience, empathy and kindness. Our team believes everyone deserves a good life and a valued life.

Our team works within the principals of the Person-Centred Active support model, as this model best fits Jake’s life and lifestyle.

We welcome and encourage all new staff to be open and honest in their daily interactions with Jake, as well as remaining respectful to fellow team members and Jake.
